Making this classic Mexican restaurant dish at home may have seemed like a fantasy until now. With the same ingredients our abuelas used when cooking from scratch, this sauce gives you rich and delicious Al Pastor tacos in minutes. Just brown 1.5-2 lbs of meat (we like chicken or pork), pour in sauce & let simmer. Bonus tip: these sauces are also great in a slow cooker or as a grill marinade!
Ingredients: Guajillo peppers, tomatoes, water, apple cider vinegar, pineapple concentrate, brown sugar, sea salt, ground cumin, garlic powder, ground oregano, ground annatto seeds, ground cloves, xanthan gum.
